Returns + Exchanges 

Thank you for shopping with April! As a small business we, unfortunately, cannot facilitate refunds. However, we are pleased to offer returns for in-store credit within 14 days of delivery. No refunds will be facilitated, so please double + triple check your device settings when placing your order. 

Return Process:

1. Initiate an return within 14 days of receiving your order - shoot an email to hello@aprilgoods.com
2. Pack and ship your order back to us 
3. We will process your return + in-store credit as soon as we receive your items.

Important Considerations:

• Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.
• Items received after the 14-day return window or items with any damages will not be eligible for return.

 

Damaged or Defective

At this time, we can only replace items if they are proven defective or damaged within 14 days of delivery. Please send an email with photos of the damaged or defective item to aprilsupplygoods@gmail.com for further assistance.
